God shows us who he is in scripture by calling Himself "Father" and calling us His "friends," "children" and "the Bride of Christ" and i'm sure if i were a better Bible scholar i could list others, but He uses the relationships we know and have to help us better understand who He is. <BR/>Tom is so many times the picture of Christ to me, in the way that He loves me unconditionally, especially when i don't deserve it, the ways that he is so patient with me, and the times that i am so sure he would be upset at me and he of course never is. <BR/>I praise God for you and Amanda's strong marriage, and for the plans He has for your lives. Tom and I are praying for you in this time of transition.
